This room is said to be an album of GRAy Siti Nurul Kusumawardhani’s life. She was the only child of the King Mangkunegara VIII and the Queen GKR Timur. It displays her private photographs taken from childhood to marriage (1921 – 1951). These pictures bring intangible cultural content such as the ritual phases of a princess’ life and everything concerning to the Javanese cultural heritage.

This room is very special because it shows that the museum is very close to the princess, who by herself inaugurated this room on her 81st anniversary. There is a kind of spiritual bond between her and this room because she has entrusted to the museum an album of her life.

Besides all these rooms, today Ullen Sentalu Museum also has prepared new exhibition rooms; Peranakan, Train Miniature and Prasasti (Inscription) Rooms. Supporting Facilities:

An exquisite of ambiance colonial accent furnishes the European culinary enjoyment, and the scenic Merapi of greenery conjure signalizes “naar boven” nuance.
